Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York City's Workplace Mentoring Group (WMG) provides NYC high school students with the critical skills needed to achieve their full career potential through a mentoring relationship with a caring adult role model. By partnering with the WMG, companies are making an investment in the development of the next generation of leaders.
The Career Pathways Program connects college juniors and seniors with career mentors to design career paths, build networks, and gain experience. Sessions are virtual and alternate between group activities led by Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York City staff and one-on-one mentor-mentee activities, also serving as a talent pipeline for companies.
