WORKPLACE MENTORING

For over 25 years, Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York City has pioneered a workplace mentoring model that makes it easy and worthwhile for companies to give back.

The BBBS of NYC's Workplace Mentoring Group provides NYC high school students with the critical skills needed to achieve their full career potential through a mentoring relationship with a caring adult role model. By partnering with the Workplace Mentoring Group, companies are making an investment in the development of the next generation of leaders. Students are matched in one-to-one mentoring relationships with company employees who, through structured program activities, help map out students' futures.
